Payment

We accept all major credit cards, checks and money orders.



International: We cannot accept overseas checks; please use other forms of payment. Items must be paid for in full prior to shipping an order.


Returned Check Policy

If your check is returned for any reason, you will be charged $25 plus any fees charged to CJ Designs for the processing of your returned check.


Sales Tax

Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added for residents of California.


Layaway Plans

CJ Designs offers interest-free layaway plans for 90 days on orders over $250.
Layaway plans can be split into 3 equal monthly payments; either by credit card or by check or money order (USA only). Full and final payment must be received and cleared for payment before the jewelry will be mailed to you.

Layaway items that are returned will be assessed an administrative fee of 15% of the full value of the jewelry purchase amount.

Let us know the amount you are selecting ($10 increments only), the name, telephone number and address, plus any special message you would like us to include. Once payment is received, we will send the Gift Certificate out by US Mail. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery once payment is received.

Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please provide us with the correct mailing information or the person will not receive their gift certificate; we cannot be responsible for information provided to us being incorrect.

CJ Designs offers FREE Gift boxing for all jewelry items!

We send all CJ Designs jewelry in beautiful gold foil boxes ready for your gift giving, or just for you to enjoy! The boxes are lined with soft cotton padding. Each box is then bubble-wrapped and placed in a sturdy shipping envelope for safe delivery.

If you prefer a delicate organza pouch, instead of the gold box, please send this request as a comment on checkout.

Due to the fluctuating precious metals market, prices may be subject to change without notice. Please note that the price of silver and gold fluctuates constantly and our prices may change as a result.

Silver price have risen 60% since January 2006. Both gold and silver are trading at 25 year record highs. As of May 2006, gold was trading at $665 US per ounce.
