We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, period. If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry for any reason, please return the item(s) to CJ Designs within 30 days, following the steps below.

We hope you will love your CJ Designs purchase! Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Note: Not all colors appear exactly the same on every computer monitor and some gemstones may not always be what you expect when you receive it.




Returns

  1. Please return all merchandise in it’s original and resellable condition with all tags attached and a copy of your receipt (please retain the original receipt for your records).
  2. Return merchandise within 30 days of shipment date for an exchange or replacement.
  3. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
  4. If you prefer to have your purchase refunded to a credit card, the amount of the refund minus a restocking fee of 15% and shipping & handling fees will be applied to your credit card.
  5. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise returns that are damaged, worn, not resellable, or do not have a Return Identification Number.
  7. Personalized or Custom Orders, Specials & Sale Items may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of the items.



Exchanges

  1. Exchanges made for items of greater value than the returned item will require confirmation of payment before the new item(s) are shipped to you.
  2. Regular shipping charges apply on all exchanges.



Steps to Return or Exchange Jewelry

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling 1.877.253.3747. Leave your name & contact information clearly on the recorded message.
  2. Place your merchandise in a padded envelope or in the original packaging. Return the item by USPS, UPS, Federal Express or by insured mail with a Return Receipt requested. We cannot be responsible for non-delivered packages or lost mail.
  3. For your protection, please insure the item for its full value and ship the item in a way that you will be able to verify that we have received the return. Items lost during mail without insurance coverage will not be replaced.
  4. We will gladly exchange, replace or credit your charge card within 30 days from date item is mailed by CJ Designs.
  5. All custom and special order jewelry sales are final.
  6. Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 15 days. Your order will be credited to your account.
