Shipping PolicyAll CJ Designs jewelry pieces are shipped via USPS Ground; cost is $5 per envelope/box weighing under 1/2 lb. Most orders are shipped out in 5-7 working days unless the item is not in stock or is a custom order. Custom Orders may take longer. We guarantee your purchase will arrive in perfect condition. We currently are offering free shipping on all online purchases over $150, including shipping insurance. (Free shipping is limited to within the continental United States, and sent by UPS Ground). You will not be charged for shipping if your order arrives damaged or is defective, or if we sent the wrong item. Occasionally a customer will place an order and then “refuse” it upon delivery, in these cases we will charge a 25% restocking fee to your credit card. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all delivery addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Sorry! We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Holiday Orders: Please allow up to 5 additional days for delivery during peak holiday times. Your order will include a CJ Designs gift box or organza gift bag. Shipment Inside the continental US$5 first item plus $2 for each additional itemShipment Outside the continental USAlaska and Hawaii: $15 first item (plus $2 per additional item)Canada: $15 first item, plus $2 each additional item International: Please contact us at customerservice@cjfundesigns.com for costs. Presently we only ship to Western Europe, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia via USPS Global Prioity Mail. Federal Express International is preferred as these orders can be insured and tracked. However, shipping costs are higher. |
Wholesalers!If you are interested in showing our jewelry designs in your store, gallery or boutique, please contact us at candice@cjfundesigns.com. Wholesale minimum orders are $200 (all selections) and prepayment is required. We will need to receive a copy of your wholesale license, tax ID number & business license. These can be mailed or faxed to us; see contact form. |
